Recruiting Process

THE ROLE    

We listen to our client to identify each trait required for their position; skills, experience, and attitude. Our priority is to get background information relative to the job. The more information we gather, the more successful the placement.

THE SEARCH

After gaining an understanding of your ideal candidate, we will perform a preliminary database search. Our existing database comprises of professional and skilled candidates looking for both temporary and permanent positions.

Following our database search, we market your position several job boards to attract potential, right and interested candidates. As we understand the importance of client confidentiality, all advertising conducted on your behalf as anonymously.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Step I

First Interview: Technical recruiter will start the interview process by interviewing candidates for each position with 90 to 100 % match according to job requisitions.  In this interview session, recruiters test technical and communication skills of candidates and rate them accordingly.

Step II

Second Interview: Second interview conduct by technical recruiter along account manager with the top three candidates from step one.  In this interview session, candidates are not only tested on technical front and communication skills, but also on their behavior, attitude, goals and also try to understand their motivation and interest in the job.

Step III

Face-to-Face Interview: In this interview session once again, candidates are screened face to face. The accounts manager and technical recruiter will review the step 1 and step 2 interview details in this round.

Step IV

Client Submission:  In this step, we submit three candidates to clients for each position. We provide complete details including resume, high-level skill matrix filled during the interview process and technical recruiter notes are submitted to the hiring manager by accounts manager.

REFERENCE CHECK

Step I

We ask candidates to provide three professional references from previous employer, school, and colleges.

Step II

Schedule time with each referee and we use our questionnaire to learn more about employment history, educational background, and qualification for the job of candidates.

Step III

We provide complete reference check information to our client. If a client requires we can also facilitate background and E-verification check

PLACEMENT & TRIAL

The successful candidate is placed with our client. If the client feels that the candidate is not fully suited then replace the candidate free of charge according to agreement terms and conditions
